No network with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client v3.1.10010 on Windows 10

Hi,

I am struggeling with "no internett access" when connected to a VPN server. The issue is not related to the account, as I manage to connect with the account on another computer with VPN. I am using a wireless network, and the connection shows us "unidentified network"

I have tried the following:

- resinstall the software.
-ping dns server, ended with 50% loss and the message "destination host unreachable"

Any input on what the problem might be would be much appreciated.

Where is the DNS server? on the inside network? or is someting public like 8.8.8.8?

Are you using split-Tunneling?

Have you cheked the no-nat settingS?

Hi,

I turned out it was a setting issue, the settings apparently changed when i upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10. The fault was that the allow local network connection or something option was checked. But thank you for you're help.

I have the same exact problem after upgrading from Windows 8 to Windows 10, Can you please give me step by step instruction to get this resolved. thanks in advance.
