I have this cisco IP phone setup in my office, and client outside try to use this with cisco vpn client over the vpn tunnel to PIX. Outside client can never receive any packet from the PIX side, they can talk, but cannot hear anything.
does anyone has this experience before?
does it has to do with IPSEC transport mode and tunnel mode?
I check the returning packet which send to the client, it has some ICMP port unreachable message, it's seems like LAN PC cannot find where the VPN client is!
got stuck...............=(
any suggestion would be really appreciate it.

Hi Jazib,
let me explain it this way,
(IP_phone_unit-------Cisco Call Manager------PIX506)-------Internet---------(Cisco_VPN_client with IP softphone)
the problem is the call has been created, but Cisco VPN Client can never hear any voice from the IP phone unit which sit behind the PIX and call manager.
If there is any other info that could help you help me, pls let me know, it seems like this is a really common issue.
