I'm attempting to troubleshoot an issue with Cisco Anyconnect (4.2.02075) on MacOS (various) where the only method to connect to servers is via their IP address. For some reason can't resolve the server path i.e.: smb://rsfiles/rs?
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Danny,
Are you using split tunnel?
Is this working on any other computer (MAC) or OS like Windows?
Can you share a sanitized config of the tunnel group, group policy and if using split tunnel the ACL?
Hope this info helps!!

Thanks JP Miranda Z,
Haven't had any issues using Anyconnect on Windows7. I've had multiple issues working at different companies that utilize Anyconnect from issues with a mobile hotspot to not being able to resolve a sever share name.
I'm still a bit of a newbie with respects to Cisco. How do I capture the config tunnel group? I'm assuming I will have to include the network engineers to affect group policy and split tunnel?
Regards,
Danny
