I'm migrating AnyConnect users form an old ASA 5520 to a new ASA 5516-X. For some reason my OSX users are now seeing the attached Web Security: Service unavailable message. Does anyone have an idea what would be generating this message? I'm not downloading any optional client modules to the users.

Hello Dave,
I know this is an old question and was missed here. Did you get an answer?
That Web Security module would have had to come from the group-policy Advanced>AnyConnect Client and under Optional Client Modules to Download
Or from the ISO/MSI installer
Anything other questions let us know.
