peer to peer and remote access VPN working together?

I have a 515 peering to another 515.

Are there any conflict issues if i try to setup remote access from VPN clients.

can i have more than 1 isakmp key statements?

No.. there will be no problems in setting peer to peer and remote access together.. the remote access vpn does not need any key.. you can have more than 1 isakmp key statements for each site to site tunnel that you are building. NO PROBLEMS..
