I'm haivng a wierd issue. I have two ASA's in place with a site-to-site VPN tunnel between the two. Traffic goes across the tunnel with no problem. I have IP any any allowed for the two locations over the tunenl. The issue I'm having is that when I'm on the ASAs I'm not able to ping from it to anything at the remote location. PCs between the locations communicate just fine over the VPN tunnel though.
The reason I need this is to have the ASAs dump the syslog information for the devices to my syslog server. Is there something I'm missing that will allow the ASA to communicate with devices at the remote location?

When you try to ping, do you perform "ping inside
Also, on your logging command, did you configure "logging inside host"?
