Hi,
I have a cisco 2610XM that is used as terminal server. I would like to create a remote access through the PSTN network using the WAN Interface Card - One Port Analog Modem. From the router side the interface is RJ-11 and from PBX side the interface is RJ-45. What is the pinout that I must use?

PSTN generally uses the two pins in the center of the connector. (4,5 on RJ45, 2,3 on RJ11.
Goodluck,

I use the NM-16AM-V92 which is a 16 port version of the one port WIC.
You use the centre two pins on the WIC (RJ45).
You would normally use only the centre pins on the RJ-11, but you would need to check the wiring to be sure.

i think that you need to know the pinout from pbx side,
the pinout of wic-1am is the two central pin.
