PIX 501 VPN users can log in but no remotedesktop

Login accepted by PIX but users cannot see the network nor remote desktop to their PC.

Using PDM 2.0 novice admin.

you can try to lower the mtu on the outside interface (exp : mtu outside 1420)

can they ping the private IP's of their PC?
