I have a PRI Line at my HO terminated in a Cisco Box on a controller card. Will remote ISDN users (dialing with a TA) and PSTN users (analog modems) be able to dial in & get connected to my PRI at the same time.

Yes,
This is a configuration i have used in the past, a 3620 router with and ISDN PRI, and 12 Modems.
Home Office users could dial into the ISDN PRI, and RAS users could dial into the Modems all over the same PRI circuit.
You need to tell the router (PRI serial interface)how to deal with the voice calls by issuing the command "isdn incoming-voice modem"
The following link has an example using a Cisco 3640 with T1 PRI
Good luck

Thanks buddy but my problem is that I have a ISDN PRI only & I am bit consfused over the modem part. I have a 3640 with NM1CE1B. The ISDN PRI has been configured for 30 channels for incoming calls. There is a limitation on any further hardware procurement. The link states that you need a NM-24DM also. I am confused on this. Pls help
