Problem with routing traffic through IPSEC connection from VPN Client to 30

I'm having a small issue with a new VPN 3015 concentrator. I can connect to the 3015 with the Cisco VPN client 3.5.x on a windows sysstem and successfully establish a connection. I can't access anything after that. Any suggestions/fixes/How-to's to look at would be appreciated.

Check if your network card has an ip address on the same subnet as the what

the vpn concentrator is assigning to its clients, or

if you are behind a NAT device, then enable on the conc and client the IPSec thru UDP. If you are behind a PAT device, use IPSec thru TCP.
