Problems getting 515e failover working

I have two 515e pix firewalls, one with FO license and one with UR. I am using the serial cable for failover. Everytime I enable failover on the primary I get the following message and it disables itself. "mate's license 2 contexts is not compatible with my license 0 contexts. failover will be disabled" A show version on both FW shows they both are licensed for 2 contexts???

The primary is running V7.0(1) and the secondary is running V7.0(2)

Any help would be appreciated.

From the explaination avl with CCO it does says that theres some feature license mismatch in the pair which creates problem.

Error Message %FWSM-1-105045: (Primary) Mate license (number contexts) is not

compatible with my license (number contexts).

Explanation When the feature licenses do not match between failover peers, failover will be disabled.

Recommended Action Configure the failover peers to have the same feature license and then reenable failover.

since you have mentioned up about the license part which satisfies the condition of having one FO and UR in the other can you try having same IOS code in both these boxes ?
