"NAS Request" Disconnection caused in AS5400

I have As5400, users are disconnected after fixed time 61200 second and the radius shows the disconnect cause is "NAS Request".

Can you tell us why this occurs?

Also is any document that specifies the disconnection cause in AS5400 and why this disconcertion cause occurs.

Because I only found the disconnection cause not how to resolve this disconnection caused.
