RDP problem by VPN from home router

Dear Concern

I have used cisco anyconnect for VPN. I have connected my office server over VPN by RDP. RDP works fine when I have connect VPN from mobile network but when I have connected by my home Tenda router in VPN , VPN is connected fine but RDP does not work. But when set Tenda router DNS  8.8.8.8 then it works sometimes. how can I solve this issue?

some providers do not accept to use of google DNS, due to some security reasons, so they always supply your DSL connect DNS Settings to use.

After connecting to VPN to your office, this will handover to your office network.

then you need to look at what IP address on the VPN you get when working, and when not working, and report back to the network administrator to investigate for you.
