RDP(remote desktop) connects after restart only!

Hello

 I am using Cisco AnyConnect 4.4.03034.

VPN shows as connected after I provide password and a verification code is sent to my mobile.

But when trying to connect to my office computer with Remote Desktop, it shows  an error message "Remote Desktop can't find the computer <comp name>.This might mean that <comp> does not belong to the specified network...."

If I restart my computer and reconnect VPN it works, i.e. i can connect to my office computer. Please help.

How are you connecting to Server using FQDN name or IP address, of FQDN check the DNS Settings ? with the IP it works all time ?

By name, I have XML file that populates the drop down with site names.
