I get the following output on a concentrator when a user tries to conect vpn:

Received encrypted Oakley Informational packet with invalid payloads,
MsgId (0x4d3d35fa)
34945 10/29/2004 09:28:29.370 SEV=5 IP/43 RPT=1770
Deleting TCP entry for device 67.8.37.22 on port 64073
Does anyone know what this means?

Oakley is a IKE setting used in Phase 2. If your not expecting this mode - say your set up to use SA quick mode it may be a miss configuration on the client.
