Redirect after connection to VPN

Hello, 

Is there a way to redirect user to a Term server or other   device once connection is completed within the AC VPN.  I have users that connection from different regions of the US.  I would like them to connect t a Term/Radius/DC server. I would like to automate the process if possible. 

I have an ASA 5585-X

Consider an OnConnect script for each region.
