Redirect IPSec with VPN

Hi guys,

I have a problem in company I've working, we have 2 firewalls in different rooms and one room "A" connect direct in a server "X" , but other room "B", we have to connect with openVPN on room "A" for connect the server "X". Finally I wish connect direct in room "A" without need connect a openVPN. I was search for connect with ipSec but I no have idea how I will do that. Please, someone know how do that?

ROOM A and ROOM B have FW ?

Option 1 - why not extend the Lan from A to B ?

Option2  - Site to Site VPN shoulw be between FW.
