I have locations A,B & C.
Actual goal is to make lan @ A to reach lan @ C. For this a vpn tunnel will be established from A to B and then another tunnel from B to C. There will be no direct tunnel from A to C. Please let me kno whether this would work or not. If so please share with me some config examples for this setup.

this should be easy:
1- setup GRE/IPSec between A & B,
2- run OSPF or Eigrp between A & B,
3- setup GRE/IPSec between B & C,
4- run OSPF or Eigrp between B & C,
Now A will know how to get to C via B and
C will know to get to A via B.
