Hi,

I have some problem with one Remote IPSEC Tunnel.

Since a few days, when I want connect my remote IPSEC Tunnel with VPN Client CISCO, the software try to connect, but never ask me the user name and password.

I tried to restart Modem and Firewall.

I tried to create another Remote IPSEC Tunnel, but i have the same problem.

Have you any Idee?

Is it correct that this was working and now it is not? If so have any changes been made? Any upgrade to OS or patches applied? Do you have IP connectivity to the VPN address?

Yes, this was working and now it is not.

I made no update, modification, ...

I have configure one port forwarding for try one RDP access, it's work perfectly.

I have many VPN site-to-site configure and it's work.

Hi,

Without proper debugs it would be a tad difficult to tell what is causing this.

Please share the outputs for the debug cry isa 200 and debug cry ips 200.

Use undebug all to stop the debugs.
