Required Solution - Identical Subnet Across Multiple Sites

I’m seeking a solution for a scenario where I need to use the same subnet across multiple sites, meaning the same network, same IP addresses, and subnet mask, and these sites will connect to our cloud infrastructure via IPSec VPN. My plan is to differentiate services with identical IP addresses from different sites by using Network Address Translation (NAT) or any other possible solution to map them to distinct networks before they enter our cloud environment. This approach should help manage IP conflicts and ensure seamless integration across the various sites.
