Resetting Password For VPN3000

When I tried to reset my password via Administration\Access Rights\Administrators via HTTPS, I get

"You do not have sufficient authorization to access the specified page."

I got this account from the last admin, not sure how I can reset the password. Can someone give me few tips

Basically you have to console into the vpn concentrator and press Ctrl-C as the concetrator boots. Note that to console into a concentrator yo use a Straight-through cable instead of the normal cisco console cable.
