Right certificate for cisco ASA 1121 for IPSec tunnel

I am doing an Ipsec tunnel btw cisco ASA1121 and the Comcast router. I am sure that the configuration is correct but I am unable to see any traffic generated. So my concern is that do I have the correct license (that is Hsec9 and securityk9) or anything?

You need to generate traffic to make tunnel UP.
