Router as Remote Access VPN Client??

Hello everyone,

HO Router -------- ( Internet ) -------- Branch Router

I have to build VPN tunnel between Routers. The Router in HO has direct connection to Internet and have static public IP address. However, the branch Router connect to Internet via 3G. As you know, for 3G connection, ISP will assign dynamic IP to my branch Router. So I can not create a site-to-site VPN because of IP changing.

Is there any solution to configure Branch Router as Remote access VPN client to connect to HO Router (VPN server)?

Please help me to find a solution.
