Hello,
I have confgiured cisco 2811 router as remote PPTP vpn server, and i am using microsoft vpn client.VPN connection is working.
VPN client(172.22.74.x) should use its isp when connecting to internet, and vpn tunnel when connecting to 10.0.x.x or 172.20.x.x networks.
But vpn client have no routing entries about 10.0.x.x and 172.20.x.x networks.
i don't want to use static routes on client pc.
Can cisco router send routing info to vpn client pc ?
Thanks,
Giga

Giga,
I remember a similar case a few years back.
At that time, short of executing a batch scirpt after you connect there's not much we can do within the PPTP framework.
I'm not aware of any changes, but imght be wrong.

Hi Giga,
When using the cisco router as PPTP VPN server, the router cannot inject the routes to the client.
This can only happen when using IPsec as the VPN method (using split tunneling).
To use split tunneling in PPTP, you can change the gateway metric (but this is done on the client side not on the router).
Federico.
