RV320: Spyware included?

While trying to make SSL VPN work, I ended up trying to access the RV320 using Internet Explorer. I was greated with a request to install MLWebCacheCleaner.cab! There is no explanation given why this is requested which I think means it is not intended to be there. The name also suggest for it to be spyware. But it is included in the latest firmware. Could we perhaps get a new one without that spyware included?

I have this same problem just logging out of the RV320 admin interface.  It is from a user level account and not an admin account.

What is it?  if Legit, how do I stop getting the error message / request for admin privilege every time followed buy being informed the validity of the publisher can not be verified.
