Please can anybody point me in the right direction, we recently updated our Cisco client and since then SBL does not work, when the devices are connected to a corporate WIFI network, and then SBL is clicked on, it looks like its connecting, connects then drops out! so any new user logging on is unable to log in as it does not show a network (VPN connected) and when trying a mobile hotspot it does the same, but then if another hotspot is used it works.
However the buildings own corporate WIFI even though nothing has changed on this network SBL does not work at all, so we have to cache the user profiles, once logged in using cached credentials the VPN auto connects fine, and the folder re direction kicks in.
it just seems to be SBL, we have tried installing the latest client too but still same issue.
any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
