Dear all,
I have an issue related to AnyConnect VPN, & looking forward to the troubleshoot steps.
>Some users experience the following error, and this happens frequently
>I looked at the user log, this happened because our VPN server (ASA) terminated the connection suddenly
>I want to see the log from the ASDM side, but I can't find the menu via ASDM.
has anyone experienced this? and how to troubleshoot it

Are you the user trying to connect ? - is this worked before ?
Are you network administrator and have access to ASA ?
if then what ASA code running, what ASDM version you using ? i am sure something changed on head end on ASA ?
command troubleshooting methods :
you can also do debug on ASA cli

Hi balaji,
I am a network administrator and i have access to the asa.
this is information about Version.
Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.12(1)2
Firepower Extensible Operating System Version 2.6(1.113)
Device Manager Version 7.12(1)
I've seen the troubleshoot link you sent, but there are no specifications for the error I experienced.

Are you doing a posture compliance check?
If you find this useful, please mark it helpful and accept the solution.

Dear Pulkit,
Yes we're doing posture compliance.
but the symptom for us is not that the user cannot connect, but the user has been connected for 10-20 minutes but suddenly the session is terminated with the following error, I have made sure that the user has installed according to the posture policy that we have created
