How do you solve this problem ya? My vpn keeps failing to login, I was working remotely and had to work for a company because it was locking up the VPN
When I ask the admin to unblock, I get a "too many attempts" error. And it says to wait during this day or more than a week to open the lock, but it is still going on, so when is the lock unlocked?

If you selected the right group "SEC-Call Center" and the credentials you are typing are correct then I don't think there is much you can do yourself. I think you would need to liaise with the admins to trying to understand why your authentication is failing as that would most likely be something to be fixed on the firewall or the authentication server if used.
