Site to Client vpn through Cisco pix using Microsoft CA

Is there any good documents which explains the setup and configuration of site to client vpn in cisco pix using Microsoft CA? I searched in the cisco site and i could only find the document related to site to site configuration of vpn between cisco pix using Microsoft CA. If any one has configured the same can you please pass me the link or explain me how should i proceed.

You could have a look at the configuration example at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/tech/tk583/tk372/technologies_configuration_example09186a0080094e69.shtml. This document deals with Client to PIX VPN using smartcard certificates. Using Microsoft CA should not be very different from the procedure here.
