Hi All,
Does it required an any specific license to setup an site-to-site tunnel from Cisco Asa to Zscaler Cloud ? . If yes which license are required and how can i check my device are having it or not.

Assuming that you are talking about Cisco ASA side, I would say conditional no, it does not require any specific license.
ASA by default support IPSec VPN. However, depending on the crypto parameters, most likely you'll need strong-encryption license - license that has cost of 0, but it needs to go through export-controlled verification, which will enable usage of strong encryption crypto parameters, which you'll probably need. Most frequently, you would already have this license.
