SSL VPN 2 factor password

Hi

I am having an issue with OTP working with SSL VPN, I am to access the SSL VPN and get the prompt to generate a number, this issue is the page returns but with no number please see attached.

Any help with troubleshooting this would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve. What are you expecting to be displayed below the text "Please enter your OTP" ?

And how are you trying to achieve this? Using customization?
