SSL VPN Error Message

                   Hello everyone,

on  an SSL VPN on an ASA 5510 running 8.3(1) users are getting an error message that pops up on their side and states: ProperJavaRDP Error, Connection Terminated.  Internal Protocol Error.  We had the JavaRDP client working at fist but switched to Smart Tunnels.  Should this message referencing Java be popping up if they are using a Smart Tunnel?

If so can anyone shed some light on that error message?

Hi Angel,

Could you please confirm if you are using older RDP plugin. Please import RDP2 Plugin in the ASA and replace RDP with RDP2 and let me know if this works.

confirmed. Using RDP2 and restarting the remote server the rdp was pointing to solved the problem.
