Strange VPN connecitvity issue

We have a vendor that has a 2 different VPN profiles setup with our company.  They recently started having an issue when connecting to VPN.  They are finding that when one user logs on to VPN successfully, nobody else can login on other systems and they receive the error code 412.

If User 1 disconnects, then User 2 can then successfully logon and vice versa.

I have tested those same profiles with 2 laptops on a different network and I was able to successfully have multiple logins on the same profile.

We have verified that everything is working properly with our ASA firewall so it must be something to do with their internal network.  They say nothing has changed but this has worked for them in the past.

It doesn't sound like a firewall issue as they can get connected with one user it is just when try with a second user, even on a different profile, that they get the Error Code 412:  Remote Peer no longer responding.

I appreciate any advice you may have!

Are these two VPN profiles using same IP address pool?
