Hello. I saw some posts with the same error and I have tried all suggested solutions meaning setting the service from manual to automatic and back.
I ran different commands like SFC/scannow, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth.
I allowed Cisco through the firewall or even turned it off completely. I don't have any other anti-virus program installed. I also deactivated the IPv6 protocol
As a last resort I updated windows, I reset it and finally repaired it using the in-upgrade tool for windows 11.
The service still stops itself and never keeps running (no matter if automatic or manual).
These are the current errors I get:

I'm thankful for any help!

1. Check if the AnyConnect VPN client is up to date. If not, update it to the latest version.
2. Reinstall the AnyConnect VPN client. Uninstall the current version, restart your computer, and then install the latest version of AnyConnect.
3. Check your internet connection. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and try reconnecting to the VPN.
4. Check the VPN server settings. Ensure that the server you are connecting to has the correct configuration and is working properly.
5. Check if there are any firewall or antivirus software blocking the AnyConnect client. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software and try connecting again.
6. Restart the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent service. Open the Services window, locate the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent service, right-click on it, and select Restart.
7. Check the AnyConnect logs for any error messages or warnings. The logs can provide valuable information about the cause of the issue.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to contact Cisco support for further assistance.

I have the same problem with Windows 11 but with AnyConnect 4.10.07073. The Eventlog is full of errors like the following (or the already mentioned):
Function: MSSaxErrorHandlerImpl::fatalError
File: c:\temp\build\thehoff\phoenix_mr70.416163397004\phoenix_mr7\vpn\common\xml\mssaxerrorhandlerimpl.cpp
Line: 41
Invoked Function: ISAXXMLReader::parse
Return Code: -1072897499 (0xC00CE225)
Description: WINDOWS_ERROR_CODE
Restarting the Service "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent" will cause it to immediately fail. I reinstalled everything, I also checked the firewall and also disabled it just for testing. Is there any solution for that? Before I updated I used version 4.7.04056 and that was working like a charm. Any Idea what else I could do?

Unfortunately, I tried all these steps already. Manually or automatically starting the service still causes it to stop immediately. I provided the event logs in my previous question.
Since completetly reinstalling Cisco as well as Windows did not bring any solutions and I can't contact the cisco customer support (since I am not the customer, but my university is) I installed a virtual machine with windows 10 and it works over there. But this is a very slow solution and one I am not content with.
I'd be very grateful if anyone has any other suggestions !
Thank you
