Can anyone explain why when you do a traceroute thru the AnyConnect VPN Client, the hops it takes doesn't show up? It only shows the destination you are tracerouting to times however many hops it takes to get there. So for example, if I were to traceroute to www.cisco.com it will respond back with www.cisco.com times the # of hops it takes to get there. It doesn't show the actual path in between to get there.
We are using SSL over DTLS with AES-256 SH1 for the data encryption, running latest version 3.1. Not sure if you get the same results with IPSEC using the AnyConnect. This has always worked with the traditional IPSEC client software.
