Hello all,
I uninstalled all of the Lenovo built-in remote assistance software, but still am getting an error on initiating the VPN. Any advice?
When I try to run the client, I'm asked to select the Group, enter the Username and Password, which I do.
I get a message saying "Establishing VPN - Repairing VPN adapter", then it crashes and reports: "AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again."

Hello Kenneth,
Do you have any other type of VPN client installed on your PC?
also try disabling your AV and firewall before the installation,
additionally make sure you have an admin account for that PC.

No other VPN and only AV s Microsoft Security Essentials.
