Trying to use Citrix workspace via any connect but it just won’t work

I bought a new windows laptop and trying to run Citrix workspace via any connect vpn. Try all I can it just won’t work. It worked seamlessly on my old laptop but this is just impossible. Anyone knows why or a solution

First: What has your problem to do with Cisco Collaboration?
Second: If you are just an end-user and you have problem with your setup, you should contact your company admin first. The cisco forum is mainly for admins, as they have the possibilities and privileges to change / modify / troubleshoot the infrastructure ...
