We have VPN users coming in on PIX if they want to access internet how can I U turn the traffic to the internet. ( we dont want to allow split tunnel)

The only way is to use a Proxy Server or the split tunnel that you don't want.

We will support U-turning VPN packets (as specified in the original post) in the 7.0 release of PIX code that is due out in the January timeframe. VPN Spoke to Spoke and Client to Spoke will also be supported in the 7.0 release.
