Updating Cisco anyconnect software

We are running two CISCO ASAs 5510 at two sites which have the Cisco Anyconnect 2.3 packages on them.  We are wanting to install the Cisco anyconnect 2.5 packages, my question is if I update the packages on the Cisco ASA will this force users to upgrade to 2.5 when they try to log into through the web browser?  What if they just use the anyconnect software to connect to the vpn, is the software smart enough to know there is an update?

Yes, it will auto update regadless of how you connect.
