Hello Marat,
There are 2 options for the IOS upgrade on an ASR1002. You can always use the standard IOS upgrade procedure by updating the boot statement and reloading the router. You can also perform ISSU in sub-package mode. For more on that, visit the following doc.

I can recommend to use:
boot system flash bootflash:asr1000rp1-advipservices.03.01.02.S.150-1.S2.bin
boot system flash
If something with 1st IOS will be wrong, router will boot from other IOS on the flash.
To upload IOS to the router you can use:
copy tftp: bootflash:

HI,
I am dealing with same issue. I do have a discussion on this as well. is the standard IOS upgrade on Cisco ASR1002 is any different from any other router?
ASR 1002 does not support ISSU.
is the boot sequence and confreg is going to be any different than a normal non-ASR router?
Please advsie,
Best Regards,
Masood
