Sebastan,

Are you trying to backup the concentrator image for the VPN concentrator. Like the 4.7.2.D or E or F version of code. If that is the case, its not possible to copy the image file from the concentrator to the tftp server.

You have to download the file from CCO.

There was a response to your query earlier, but it was pointing you on how to backup your CONFIG file.

If this answers your question, feel free to rate it.

Backup manually as we do not have an option for getting backup automatically. However the concentrators creates a backup file with the name "config.bak" .

You can view that at: Administration | File Management

To create a backup of the running config. file click on the view option against the file name CONFIG and save it to your computer.

To upload the file from the computer to the concentartor go to :

Administration | File Management | File Upload

Details : File Upload

This screen lets you use HTTP to transfer a configuration file from your PC--or a system accessible from your PC--to the VPN Concentrator Flash memory.

This function provides special handling for configuration (CONFIG) files. If the uploaded file has the VPN Concentrator filename CONFIG, the system deletes any existing CONFIG.BAK file, renames the existing CONFIG file as CONFIG.BAK, then writes the new CONFIG file.

However, these actions occur only if the file transfer is successful, so existing files are not corrupted.

To use these functions, you must have Access Rights to Read/Write Files. See the Administration | Access Rights | Administrators | Modify Properties screen.

Be sure there is sufficient space in Flash memory for the new file. You can list, view, and manage VPN Concentrator files, and check space available, on the main Administration | File Management screen.
