We have ASA 5510 and the Radius server. We were able to login to Cisco VPN client last week. For some reason, we got this error message in Cisco VPN client log: "User does not provide any authentication data". The authentication never went through. We were not able to login to Cisco VPN client. Do you have any suggestions how to fix this problem?
Thanks.
Diane

Check the ASA--> Radius connectivity and see if the authentication test is successful from ASA to Radius.

Hi,
If nothing has changed from server (ASA & RADIUS) end, make sure client is not corrupted (unless the issue is with multiple client pcs). Try re installing the vpn client. Also, I found some the below article (may not be related to your issue, but worth reading). Check it out.
