Hi
Has anyone had to open ports for a VoIP phone to work?
Plugging the phone in directly to the Ethernet port of the modem is not working. Phone is displaying a 2011 signaling error.
Called the ISP and they can't help with any configurations of their modem.

Hi,
Your Service Provide shouldn't block anything. Where are you Communication server? Do you have a firewall in front of it? Do you see any log on it?

Hi
No firewall in front, we had the home user plug directly into the modem. We have other workers with the same ISP and they are able to connect with no issues. The ISP installs different flavors of modems/routers at each home.
