VPN 3030 power and SEP hot swappable?

Are the VPN 3030 power supplies and SEP modules hot swappable, or does the concentrator need to be powered down before installing or removing modules? Thanks.

No, they are not hot swappable, the concentrator needs to be powered down, as per this url:

Thanks for the link. I was told by the Cisco Marketing Channel Manager (I am not sure if he is also an engineer) that the SEP is hot swappable......
