VPN between 3 sites

I've been trying to use easy vpn do establish a connection between 3 sites. One site has a fixed IP and the others have dynamic IP addresses. I have tried to use the easy vpn wizard (the server is the site with the fixed IP and the other two sites are the remotes). I've managed to get the tunnel up, but the problem is that, sometimes i can't have any connectivity between the internal networks, and sometimes i have conectivity from the server to the client, but not in the opposite direction). I've also tried some configuration examples from cisco website, and nothing worked. I'm using three 877 routers with 12.4 IOS

Hi there!

We've managed to establish the VPN. We're doing everything as it was described in some cisco learning materials. I think it was a bug in the IOS 12.4(6).

We Don't know how it did work, but it did
