VPN between two company

Hi

Company B host the web server (https) and I want to access from company A.

I think VPN site to site is required.

what are the flows and ports need to be open on both side (company A , company B)

If there's a site-site VPN then no ports need to be opened - that's only needed if allowing the traffic  without a VPN.

In the latter case, Company B would need to allow traffic with destination port tcp/443 from the address(es) that Comapny A clients appear as on the Internet.
