Is there a way of having a user while on vpn not have to enter a username and password after being disconnected, possibly using a certificate?

No I'm talking more about if a user is disconnected from anyconnect and needs to sign back on. Is there a way to log back on to anyconnect maybe with a certificate?

Yes this make user certificate and no need to enter password every time he connect.
