We have a VPN Concentrator 3000 running NAT with about 120 users. Clients are calling that they cannot connect.
After viewing the logs I see:
Automatic NAT Detection Status:
Remote end is NOT behind a NAT device
This end is NOT behind a NAT device
The only thing that seems to work is a total uninstall of the VPN client and reinstall.
And again this is happening to multiple people?
Thanks in advance.

Yes - these users are all using XP sp2.

we had several users claiming the remote vpn didn't work while the rest of us had no issue.
we then found that those users upgrade winxp from sp1 to sp2. for some reason the vpn client software doesn't work and/or crash. they end up re-install the app and since then there's no drama.
