Good Morning.
First of all sorry because my english is not very good.
I have a question with VPN client in my Windows 7. I cant connect it. I attach the log which calls ciscoVPNlog.txt.
The error appears is:
"162 09:28:39.602 10/18/10 Sev=Warning/2 CVPND/0xA340000E
Failed to get adapter index.
163 09:28:39.602 10/18/10 Sev=Warning/2 CM/0xA3100024
Unable to add route. Network: ac0a140f, Netmask: ffffffff, Interface: ac1fe858, Gateway: ac1fe841.
164 09:28:54.785 10/18/10 Sev=Warning/2 CVPND/0xA340000E
Failed to get adapter index.
165 09:28:54.785 10/18/10 Sev=Warning/2 CM/0xA3100024
Unable to add route. Network: 0, Netmask: 0, Interface: ac1fe858, Gateway: ac1fe841."
I change the log level to 15 i some parameters.
I try to:
- reinstall the client with the same version and another versions.
- Install DNE solution i read in other posts.
- Add key to regedit i read in other posts.
- I cant enable Virtual Adapter and try to repair connection.
Please, can somebody help me?

1. Hit the start button and type "
services.msc
' as shown:
2. Locate and stop Cisco Systems, Inc. VPN Service;
3. Stop and disable Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) Service;
4. Restart Cisco System, Inc. VPN Service.
Launch the Cisco VPN Client again, and the problem is now gone!
