Hi folks,

we have a site which is used by external contractors. This site provides access to the Internet only for the contractors. Our corporate LAN however can access the Cisco gear through IPSec VPN for monitoring and administration purposes only.

Our staff now sometimes visit this site and would like the ability to connect to our LAN via their Cisco VPN clients.

How can I get the Cisco Client VPN working?

Unfortunatly the only person at site won't be there until tomorrow evening so I'll have to wait until then for debug info and testing.

I've attached the config from the router.

The PC addresses are 10.55.4X.0 /24.

I thought about inserting the command...

ip inspect name INSPECT isakmp

would this work?

many thanks

Dave

Configuring for Cisco Client VPN is diefferent than configuring site-to-site IPsec VPN. You need to configure your Cisco device for Remote access, following links may help you
